This Needs To Exist Now – LumiWatch: The Watch That Projects A Computer Onto Your Body

From Robert Xiao and friends at Carnegie Mellon University and ASU Tech comes the LumiWatch, or at least a concept of what it should look like. They sort of have a working model at the moment but it looks very early stages. Should they managed to complete it though, they’ll be making millions. The watch projects a phone/computer screen right there on your hand/arm/anywhere. With built in tracking, you’ll even be able to continue it just by touching yourself (Ooo errrr madam). This is the sort of stuff I love, I want it now damn it.

Well This Is Cool – Soundwave Tattoo Actually Plays Sound Using An App

The below video is from Donald Morrison who shows off a ladies Soundwave Tattoo. A soundwave tattoo being a tat that when using an app is actually a real soundwave. The tattoo comes from Skin Motion who can do just about anything you want in tattoo form. I always found tattoo’s pointless personally, but recently I’ve started to changing my stance on them. I think they should have some meaning behind them, not just rubbish looking scribbles that look like you’ve done them yourself. What is more touching than having someones soundwave of “I love you” tattooed on your arm?

Simply Amazing – Guy Creates Stunning Pictures Using Only Spray Paint

The below video is from the My Mate VINCE YouTube channel. While known for usually making non-portable consoles… portable, this video is of a painter he saw in Tenerife whilst on holiday. The painter uses only spray paint to create these masterpieces. Watching the whole thing come together makes me realize that my stick figure drawings suck.

Hi, this video shows a Tenerife Street Artist explaining how to do Spray Paint Art to my son. It is amazing to watch how quickly he works and the way the painting comes together. This was filmed in April 2018 in Los Cristianos in Tenerife. The price was 10 Euros for 1 painting or 20 Euros for 3 paintings. The artist was a true gentlemen, he had a lot of time for us and wouldn’t accept a tip. The paintings are limited to certain scenes like galaxies and skyscrapers but it is very interesting to watch if you haven’t seen it before.

I think I’d fail even creating the moon, let alone the rest of the stuff. If you’re ever in Tenerife, make sure you find this guy out. The fact that these paintings only cost 10 Euros a pop is amazing. You could definitely get a frame for these and get them up on a wall.

Doesn’t Look Flat To Me – View Of Earth From A Geostationary Orbit

The video below, is of our beautiful planet from the Japanese weather satellite, Himawari 8. It’s truly fascinating how much the weather changes across the planet. It’s just a shame that in a couple of hundred years, it’ll be as barren as Mars once North Korea finally decide to start World War 3 with one of Trump’s offspring’s.

Compiled from Himawari Data for October 2017 – original resolution is 5500×5500 but Youtube converts this into an 8K frame. The flickers around midnight are where the sun would pass through the frame and no images are recorded.

The 8K resolution video shows just how beautiful our planet is, unfortunately there’s a lot of ugly people that live within it. If only we could just stick them all in a ship and just boot them out into space. Of course, this whole thing is just a fake because the Earth is flat and no one has actually ever left the planet.

Keep going for the video.
